Geoff is the Managing Director of Vale. His career in Financial Services spans over 30 years and prior to establishing Vale he held several managerial positions in one of the world’s largest financial services companies. Geoff’s responsibilities include running the business to ensure we have long term financial stability as well as working within the Regulator’s rules and regulations. He also remains responsible for looking after his own clients.

He is fully behind Vale’s drive to treat customers fairly, where our clients are central to everything that we do. He has been a key advocate of each advisor being responsible for their own clients so that we provide continuity of advice and service throughout our client relationship. The growth of Vale has been built around this strong fundamental basis and this continues to differentiate us from many other companies.

Geoff lives in Altrincham with his wife and two daughters who take up much of his spare time. His eldest daughter, Rebecca, joined Vale following her graduation from Sheffield University as part of the long term plan to ensure that Vale is able to provide continuity to all of our clients going forward. He is a keen golfer and while he might not be the best at his chosen sport he always looks the part.
